Where We Ship We ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from Nunawading, Victoria.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $11 AUD — delivered in 2–8 business days
- Express shipping: $15 AUD — delivered in 1–4 business days
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at namaste@kapaas.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
